You’ll be able to access your storage unit 24/7, year-round, even on holidays. We do ask you try to visit during daylight hours so it doesn’t come off as suspicious activity.

Our website makes it easy for you to manage all your payments online at any time. To make a payment simply go to www.ramerministorage.com and look to the “Pay bill” button in the top right hand corner. It will then allow you to input your information including your debit/credit card information and will give you the option to enroll in auto pay which you can discontinue at any time. 

No. Because of the simplicity of the new system we are really trying to make all payments go through the new system. You will be able to pay online with your routing and checking number just like paying with a check.

Yes. We encourage long term renters to pay annually as it just takes one thing off your plate when paying bills each month. You can pay monthly on the first of each month, quarterly meaning the first of January, first of May, and first of September, or you can pay annually by anniversary of payment.

No. They all take up the same amount of space so I have to charge fairly. I always try to encourage people who worry about this to reserve the largest units available to try to consolidate their payment. In other words it’s better to have one large unit than two medium units. What if my door or lock is broken? If you have any issues with the mechanisms of your door or lock please call us directly at 731-610-3058. We will work to get it resolved quickly.

We are very fortunate not to have many pest issues other than the occasional mouse. We do spray for mice and insects twice a year outside the units, and I encourage all renters to put any clothes or fabric belonging in plastic totes not cardboard boxes and to throw a block of mouse poison in the unit when moving in and then once a year for protection inside the unit.

We are not responsible for any type of damage or theft. We always keep a lookout for any suspicious activity as we drive by at night but there is no security provided outside of the hockey puck lock which is harder to cut off.

As long as you would like to and keep accounts paid in good standing.

A late fee will occur after 14 days. Items in the unit will be forfeited after 90 days behind on rent without payment.
